Miss Fortune Paperback

Fortune favors the broken in Miss Fortune

Eden Sinclair is a hobby novelist barely keeping it together, and she's tired of pretending otherwise. She's spent years outrunning her past, but the cracks are getting harder to ignore.

Nathan Ward is a surveillance agent whose only two priorities are catching the nation's most notorious, and making sure his mother doesn't have to eat dinner alone.

When a premature click puts Eden in Nathan's path, it feels like nothing short of fate. He couldn't save his sister, but maybe Eden’s the redemption he's been searching for. He can help her in ways no one else can, as long as no one notices how invested he's becoming.

After a brush with death lands Eden in group therapy, things finally start looking up. Brunches with Paige feel lighter, and even the neighbor's cat, Fritter, seems to like her more. With a renewed appreciation for life and oddly good luck, Eden has time to think about her future—and her abysmal love life.

But the new guy at this week's meeting could change that...
